Brighton & Hove Food And Drink Festival and Jeremy’s Restaurant team up with Harvey’s brewery and La Cave a Fromage to present a dinner created with cheese and beer. David Deaves [La Cave a Fromage], Edmund Jennner and Simon Thorpe of Harvey’s presented the menu.
The Menu: Canapés with Dark and Stormy Cocktail. Sussex asparagus, Golden Cross, almonds, garden herbs served with Harvey’s Wild Hop. Brighton Fish Pie, Lancashire Bomb, sea vegetables served with Harvey’s St Richard. English rose veal, Flower Marie, herb gnocchi served with Harvey’s Priory Ale. Stilton parfait, chocolate meringue, liquorice, stout jelly served with Harvey’s Prince of Denmark.
