Thursday 10th March 2011. The Chilli Pickle opens in its new venue 17 Jubilee Square at myhotel Brighton. Holder of 2 AA rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand it also won 'The most Innovative Restaurant' at The British Curry Awards 2010. The brainchild of chef Alun Sperring and his restaurant manager wife Dawn it offers a new take on Indian food. It is not just another curry house, but a fine dining experience to adventure into and savour. Alun's unique spicing enhances the flavours and textures of prime ingredients such as sea bass or melt-in-the-mouth-tender-lamb. A good selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes make this a restaurant that can be enjoyed by almost anyone with a penchant for really good food. I'll be back!
