The Whisky Festival at The Hilton, Brighton 31st March 2012: Julia Claxton Photography http://photography.juliaclaxton.net/whiskyfest The Clarence Suite at The Hilton transformed itself into The Whisky Lounge on Saturday as part of the Brighton &amp; Hove Festival of Food and Drink. By turns intense, serious and jovial, visitors had the opportunity to sample a fabulous array of whiskies. Provided with a tasting glass, tasting notes and a bottle of water they thronged the stands of the many distillers and bottlers who had come to showcase their spirits.
