BBC Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet was recorded in Brighton at the Brighthelm Centre this evening. As well as talking about ice cream and English wine, the team took questions on all aspects of cooking. Hosted by Jay Rayner, the panel featured Angela Malik, the Scottish-Indian fusion chef and entrepreneur; Henry Dimbleby - cook, writer, and co-founder of Leon restaurants; Peter Barham, the food scientist who has worked with Heston Blumenthal; and Thomasina Miers - 2005 Masterchef winner and co-founder of Mexican street-food chain Wahaca.
