Head chef of the Gingerman Restaurant Group Ben McKellar and four diverse Sussex brewers collaborate on a four course tasting menu matching beer with food, with diners voting for their favourite dish and beer combination. The brewers are Phil Ayling from Long Man, Ian Burgess from King Beer, Edmund Jenner from Harvey's and Gary Sillence from Brighton Bier breweries.
