Six award winning Sussex wine makers and one from Hampshire present their wines accompanied by tasting plates by top Brighton chef Michael Bremner and his team from 64 Degrees. The Wines were: Exton Park Blanc de Noirs; Court Garden Blanc de Blancs served with Oyster,Seaweed,cucumber,kimchi; Ridgeview Cavendish served with Raw tuna, tomato, fermented butternut; Albourne Bacchus served with Goat curd, beetroot, elderflower; Plumpton Cloudy Ridge Rose served with Asparagus, whey, cured yolk; Bolney Estate Pinot Noir served with Smoked ox tongue, grains, fennel; Blackdown Elderberry Port served with Tunworth, golden raisin puree, brioche followed by cheeses from La Cave a Fromage.
