A sustainably sourced fish supper created and by the Set Restaurant chefs, sea themed cocktails by Blackdown Spirits, sparkling wine from Ridgeview and specially brewed Holy Mackerel beer is served to guests as they tour the Sea Life centre at the Brighton & Hove Food And Drink Festival Pop Up restaurant event.
