Cocktails with Blackdown Spirits. An afternoon at Ridgeview on a PHS Sponsored Industry Day Out for chefs and restauranteurs organised by Brighton & Hove Food And Drink Festival. After a buffet lunch provided by Cantina guests had a tour of the vineyard and winery and an opportunity to sample wines by Ridgeview and from Enotria, cocktails made with Blackdown Spirits, cheese from La Cave A Fromage, Ice Cream from Boho Gelato, teas from MetroDeco, beer from Harvey's Brewery and fish from BNFS Fish.
