Andrew Kay and a team of experts talk through Beers and Ciders with signature dishes from gastro pubs and local producers to complement them at tonight's Bitter and Twisted event in Pavilion Gardens. A new addition to Brighton & Hove Festival of Food and Drink the event was a complete sell out. Its the first of a weekend of great events in Pavilion Gardens, New Road and Jubilee Square as the Big Sussex Market, Mexican Independence Day celebration and Live Food kitchen with Antonio Carluccio, amongst others, takes place.
