The eagerly awaited launch of Bohemia Grand Cafe and Late Lounge took place tonight in the fabulous Meeting House Lane venue in Brighton. Lovingly created by Paul & Verity Craig the three floors have been beautifully restored and enhanced to appeal to the discerning over 25 plus set. Serving superb breakfasts, magnificent lunches and traditional Sussex afternoon teas by day, at night the Grand Cafe transforms itself into the Late Lounge where one can partake of world class cocktails and live jazz. A layout full of surprises and fun quirky styling which include a Space Invaders machine, ghosts in the mirrors and an Astroturfed champagne roof terrace, along with the great menus and bars, makes a trip to Bohemia worth repeating.
