To celebrate the arrival of The Grand's new bar and restaurant manager Erwan Mauro, Sales Executive Alice Jones hosted a sumptuous seven course meal in The King's Restaurant. Alan White, Executive Chef, prepared a superb taster menu of the best of Sussex. The "Taste of the King's Restaurant" Dinner was enjoyed by a large and appreciative gathering of Brighton Foodies.
