Zoe Ball, accompanied by her children Nelly and Woody, cut the ribbon at Britain's best loved TV vet, Marc the Vet [Marc Abraham's] new vet clinic, Grove Lodge, in Southwick today. Zoe, who has two cats, made several new canine friends including a cute Dashchund. She chatted with several of the visitors at the opening and learned about Canine Partners, who assist their less abled owners with household and lifestyle tasks, before cutting the ribbon and declaring the clinic well and truly open.
The Grove Lodge Veterinary Group, headed by Andrew Ash [Senior Vice President of the British Small Animals Veterinary Association] has several clinics in the south, including a state of the art 24/7 animal hospital in Worthing. The new purpose built Southwick clinic, complete with operating theatre and a separate cat only waiting room, will be manned by Marc and his friendly team.
