Brighton Chef Michael Bremner of 64 Degrees visits Restaurant Basaal, Den Haag, Holland to showcase the best of Sussex Food and Drink. He cooks a meal there on tomorrow, which will be accompanied by Ridgeview Wines and Blackdown Spirits to be served to Dutch chefs, producers, dignitaries, and others. Bas Oonk, head chef and proprietor of Basaal, makes the return visit next week to 64 Degrees in Brighton.
