Brighton Chef Michael Bremner of 64 Degrees visits Restaurant Basaal, Den Haag, Holland to showcase the best of Sussex Food and Drink. He cooks a meal there which is accompanied by Ridgeview Wines and Blackdown Spirits. Served to Dutch chefs, producers, dignitaries, and others, the meal met with rapturous approval. Bas Oonk, head chef and proprietor of Basaal, makes the return visit next week to 64 Degrees in Brighton.
