He cooks a meal at Basaal which is accompanied by Ridgeview Wines and Blackdown Spirits. Served to Dutch chefs, producers, dignitaries, and others, the meal meets with rapturous approval. Bas Oonk, head chef and proprietor of Basaal, makes the return visit next week to 64 Degrees in Brighton.
