Beth Parry, Fundraising and Communications Manager and Sophie Pike, Depot Supervisor of Fareshare Sussex show Chef Kanthi Kiran Thamma of Curry Leaf Cafe around the Fareshare Warehouse in Moulsecoomb. Chef Kanthi will be preparing an Indian Banquet at Hotel du Vin Brighton on Tuesday 24th May as part of this month’s Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival. All profits from the dinner, which includes a charity auction, will be donated to Fareshare.
