The russo brothers, Salvatore and Guiseppe are justifiably proud of the distillery which has been in the family since 1870. The tour of the distillery at included a tasting of the liqueurs one of which, the fiery brew Fuoco del Vulcano [Fire of the Volcano] is named in honour of Mount Etna near where the distillery is located. photo ©Julia Claxton
