Cavallo Nero, Curly Kale and Orache are just some of the leaf greens grown on the farm. The ICEx team visits Rotterdam City Farm Uit Je Eigen Stad [From Your Own Town], an urban farm in the industrial/harbour area of Rotterdam. Currently producing herb,fruit, mushroom and vegetable crops as well as free range chickens the farm is soon to introduce aquaponic fish farming which will rear fish in a sustainable and symbiotic environment with existing produce. photo ©Julia Claxton
